Making a purchase could not be easier.
Just browse our website, and click on any items that you wish to
buy to put them into your basket. After you have finished your
selection, click on “Check Out” and you will be asked for a few
details that we need to be able to satisfy your order.
Wholesalers or Retailers may also purchase through our website,
however if you wish to discuss your order with one of our
representatives, send us an email and we will contact you within
48 hours. We accept Credit Card payments. We accept orders from
Europe, North America, South America, Australia and Japan. If
you would like to purchase from outside these areas, then you
will need to contact us for payment terms. |

We deliver your order as soon as
possible. We will normally send your order to you within 21
business days. Whilst every effort is taken to minimize delivery
time, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from
late or non delivery. |

No claims for short delivery or damage
will be entertained unless we are notified in writing within 3
days of receipt of the goods. In the absence of such
notification, the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the
goods in satisfactory order. Goods and packaging must be
retained for inspection. With regards to goods being returned
for reasons other than Shortages or Damages, the responsibility
for payment of delivery rests with the Customer. |

Both quoted and published prices are
subject to change without notice. We accept orders on condition
that prices ruling as at the date of dispatch will apply.

We know of no documented cases of
Credit Card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.
All Credit Card numbers are encrypted in the software when the
order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only
decrypted after they reach our server. They are not held in
clear text on any website. Any attempts to fraudulently use
Credit Cards are handed over to the police in the country
wherein the fraud originated. Under the “Distance Selling
Regulations 2000”, you have the right to cancel your order up to
7 days from the date of receiving the goods. This regulation
applies only to an end-user and not to any business or trade.
Goods must be returned (at your expense) to us unopened and in a
resalable condition. We reserve the right to deem the goods to
be second hand and make you an appropriate offer if the goods
have been opened. |
