1. Should I register as a member?
No,you don't need to register as a member. But if you register,you
will have the discount policy and we will return part of money back to your
account as the commission.

What is the discount policy and commission(money back) policy?
As a member,you will have the discount policy and commission(money back) policy.
The discount is,

The commission is,
For example,
1. If the goal (the total amount you have ever purchase from us) is 455$,the
discount is 100% and the money back is 0$. So the money in your account is 0$.
2. If the goal is 999$,the discount is 97%. The money back in your account is
(999-499) X (1-97%) = 15$
3. If the goal is 9,999$, the money back in your account is 905$.
NOTE: Will have no money back for the payment of freight,as they are
not the money we get.

How can I use the money in my account?
You can use it anytime for the products from us or the freight,just send us
an email from your register email
account.
NOTE: When you use the money in your account,you can't have the commission
from this amount and can't add this amount to your goal( total amount you have
ever purchased from us).

You have to pay for the amount 100% first. But after 2 business days,your account

We produce the products ourselves. We have our factories,our studios, our artsits
and our workers. So it is the cheapest way that you can purchase the products
from the factory with the quality guarantee.

6. Can I have the 100% money back, if I don't like it?
Yes,you can. Just send us an email and we will call the shipper to take it
back. The 100% refund will be back as soon as we get the products. The freight
you paid can't be back, as it is the one you pay for the shipper.

western union, cash and L/C.
If a payment is more than 1,000$ , we only accept paypal, inernational money

8. What is the goods packaging?
Unframed paintings will be rolled and packed with a thin plastic layer between
paintings professionally.Frames will be packed with four protected paper corners
in suitable quantity in a firm paper carton. Furniture and other products will
be packaged in a firm wood box.

Usually you get your order from our warehouse in USA, Germany or China.

You can select the shipping method of by express, by air or by seaship.
By air and by seaship, you have to clear the customs yourselves.

by express, it takes 3 to 4 business days,
by air, it takes 6 to 8 business days,
